Pearl Action Replay Permanent Shiny
President Leonel Fernandez says that Dominicans are witnessing a revolution of what will happen in this country in the next 15 years "for" the profound "that await us in that time.
should be asked what you mean by revolution. Should
you know, likewise, how many years remain in power seeks to provide continuity and consistency of his revolution. Humanity has known
revolutions in various categories, which have radically changed economic patterns, political and social.
In the Communist Manifesto, Marx and Engels stated that "the history of all hitherto existing societies today is the history of class struggles. Freeman and slave, patrician and plebeian, lord and serf, master and officers in a word, oppressor and oppressed are faced always maintained a constant struggle, now hidden, and now open, fight always ended with the transformation of society or the collapse of the contending classes "
A revolution thus implies profound changes. A revolution is part of the social dynamics of the constant struggle between good and evil, between the positive and negative, say which is part of the social dialectic.
A revolution means a quantum leap, which allows driving toward the goal of creating a world without oppressors or oppressed, a world at peace, a peace that is possible only when the reasons for the differences between rich human and poor, between whites and blacks, between religious and atheists.
Humanity was a radical change, dramatically, say, when it passed from the primitive to slavery, but the same was true when it abolished slavery and passed the feudal regime that later, centuries later, was swept away by the bourgeois revolutions. History is not linear. But as I said Chilean President Salvador Allende, the processes do not stop. Chilean gorillas could not stop the changes in his country despite the coup of 1973.
says Rodrigo Borja, in his encyclopedia of the political revolution is (...) an axial movement which involves institutional change, not just people in the organization of the State. This means that the revolutionary transformation is not satisfied with the mere substitution of some people by others in the exercise of power -As in the rebellion, but seeks the structural change of social organization. So the revolution, to the extent proposed a sweeping reorganization of the organizational structure of the state, a change of an institutional nature ... "
all know what it involved the 1917 Russian Revolution led by Lenin. We all know which meant the Chinese revolution of 1949 under the direction of the Great Helmsman Mao Tse Tung. We all know the 1959 Cuban Revolution who led the political colossus called Fidel Castro.
For President Fernández, what is a revolution? A play on words of someone who seeks reelection to continue with "more of the same"?
What are the political and ideological revolution of the President?
Where is the revolutionary character of the government program of the President? What political and ideological differences between President Fernandez and the other presidents who have had the Dominican Republic in recent years?
In contrast, Fernandez has been submissive in front of the imperial power and beholden to big domestic and foreign capital. The nation has been less independent and sovereign during his two terms than during other governments. His government got rid of all public companies to create a weak state. His government has indebted the country more than others. His government has not been for the poor, but on the contrary, for the rich. Your government has sponsored corruption, while protecting the corrupt. There is one crucial measure that benefits the bottom. President Fernandez did not change in the corrupt and archaic structure of the state apparatus. Although the LDP leader and founder declared Marxist, although his works, including "Dictatorship with Popular Support" and the very name of the party, the government of President Fernandez did not even have been reformers.
So what speaks revolution? Is it called revolution in a work as the Metro, most Dominicans do not approve? What
President Fernandez called revolution? What insecurity, the rise of drug trafficking, unemployment, bankruptcy of free zone companies, the three tax reforms that have further impoverished the poor, moral and ethical degradation of the political chaos that Queen in transit, breach of the laws, the protection of those who went bankrupt private banks leading the country into bankruptcy? Is it at all that President Fernandez called radical and profound revolution?
I do not see anything else. What else would I want a real revolution, sir President? Do you dare? If so, count me in!

PRESIDENT REVOLUTION TO JAIL!
JUAN HERNANDEZ TAVERAS
The English island is being plundered from the colonial era when Christopher Columbus, murderer and thief, he stepped on our territory with a group of colleagues that never disappoint.
the island's history is the history of crime, blood and robbery, is the story of the conquest through blood and fire, death and dispossession of renewable and nonrenewable wealth by big powers of Europe and the United States together.
More than five centuries of war, death, dictatorship and weak government with freedom masks and justice that never were well represented, never met along with the charade.
Trujillo became the 48 thousand square kilometers of territory in his farm. Not only was the owner of the land, but everything in it was either inhabited. And who opposed ending up in jail, exile or in cemeteries, until one day, more than 30 years after abuse, robberies and crimes, a group of patriots, for whatever reasons, did well in head off, by that which killed the dog, no more anger. Rage, which, incidentally, lasted many years to complete. A rage that is to say, it sometimes seems that he has not finished yet.
The history of theft and looting did not end with Trujillo. In contrast, the ambitions of the powerful clergy, the bourgeoisie, the petty bourgeoisie and the military high command, were increased and became embroiled in a dispute over property "inherited" the Chief who all admired, respected and even cried. Balaguer
made corruption a culture, a way of perpetuating itself in power. Corruption only stops at the doors of my office, once said. This was not true. Corruption is not never stopped at any door.
"Every day I discover a corrupt public administration," he told reporters. But never put to justice anyone. He never let his staff go to jail. All protected until the day of his death.
All companies were in Trujillo, which were practically all that on his death passed by the state, served to enrich certain political and economic groups. All these companies, very successful, they left benefits, suddenly broke and became a burden to the state. There was no choice but to sell at ridiculously low prices or give them to be healthy and recovered, as indeed occurred. It was precisely the PLD which sold ridiculously low prices, which gave all these companies, including some critical to national development and the State Council Sugar and the Dominican Electricity Corporation. And nobody went to jail for stealing state enterprises! And no one seemed concerned about the fact that the LDP and President Fernández sell the patrimony of the people as their own! In contrast, other parties including the PRD, were complicit in this crime against the country.
Corruption is not stopped during the administration of the PRD that led my friend Hipólito Mejía. Even the LDP government officials involved in the case were sentenced Peme. The prosecutors and judges were complicit in the corrupt.
And now things are worse. What is happening now has no limits or borders. Business from public positions are not. It is the day our daily bread. No one is in jail for prevariación. Article 102 of the Constitution, which condemns the use of public funds for personal benefit of officers, nominees or relatives, a dead letter.
But corruption is not the only things people in government and the LDP. It covers all sectors of Dominican society. No one can cast the first stone in this area. We all have our share of responsibility.
Comrade Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources has just denounced the Congress of the PRD in 2004 became the largest real estate history. That to remove areas Protected million land tasks required 30 percent, either in land or money. This was an open secret. This is in line now is that the Minister of Environment show the evidence and to bring to justice those lawmakers who committed this crime against the country. No doubt one of the words of the Minister, because some of those legislators from the PRD extorted the trustees of his own party to pass legislation that benefited them. And nobody said a peep. Everybody put your tongue where you know ... Not a single government for the past 20 years has not been beaten by members of Congress even his own party; few employers that there was blackmailed by a party legislators.
Since I have no favorite corrupt, because I've been consistent during these almost 30 years of practice, I advocate that the corrupt, regardless of party affiliation, or the position they occupy in the party or government, are subjected to justice and sent to jail. I go further, I agree with the Chinese capital punishment in the case of corrupt thieves the people's money. China's health minister was sentenced to death for accepting bribes. A bullet in the neck end his life. The bullet will have to pay the family. He who steals quarters of people in China know what is consistent. There should be more or less the same. Otherwise corruption will increasingly impoverishing the people. You have to give examples, create precedents with this mess of corruption.
