How To Cover Cut Without Makeup

Christmas comes .. VIDEO!! DAFIB

Good people, after a thorough analysis of the digital entertainment industry (c'mon, what I do every day that we're going to cheat) I have decided my list of interesting titles that I highly recommend buying this Christmas. After all, they leave a lot of garbage on the market and there are people who "pica" Unfortunately, with major proposals for these dates to purchase.

Keep in mind that it is a personal opinion as always and may not be to everyone's taste, but at least I hope that if regaláis one of these games do not you throw it up this holiday season (which would be a lack of taste, touch, education and intelligence given that you have the bill .... but you keep going, I hit it assists the throw things).

And no more talk (without any particular order, but rather the chance that operates in my mind) here goes:
  • Mirror's Edge (X360, PS3)
  • Fallout 3 (X360, PS3, PC)
  • Fable II (X360)
  • Gears of War II (X360)
  • Prince of Persia (X360, PC, PS3)
  • Dead Space (X360, PC, PS3)
  • Bioshock (PS3, X360, PC) <-- tengui!!
  • Little Big Planet (PS3) <-- este no me llama mucho, pero hay gustos para todo y original es!
    There
interesting titles I did not add as Far Cry 2, convection does not stop (we will have to try it ...) and titles like The Last Remnant (a type Final Fantasy) that also I have in mind but I have not yet formed an opinion.

As you'll see no Wii makes an appearance, as the only new face is remarkable about this Christmas is Wii Music and moment appears to be no end to materialize, I'll have to try it too although it does call me too .... to see if Nintendo pne batteries ...

I hope those who are confined to shift PRO have here a guide to vary the type of game, and remember that the PRO 2009 appears to have been mistaken and now FIFA is the king, or so say the experts ... . after all my last football game was FIFA 94, MgaDrive, and was more curious than anything else: P

ruling on the strike informatica

Well, it seems that things are not that bad and some schools in computer engineering Andalusian exaggerated (and We took many, including myself, to panic.)

delegation of students from the faculty of computer science of Barclona, \u200b\u200b DAFIB , has released a statement on the matter, and seems to be trying to go to rally on day 19 for Barcelona so you do not suffer discriminatory treatment computer engineers from the rest of our fellow engineers.

personally believe that in these times when we are being discriminated against by the government, we all are, it's time to stand together and protest for our ar
derechs, because regardless of whether one or the other think that the issue of competence does not matter, deserve fair treatment.

All the strike.

November 19 Computer Engineering disappears in Spain

Update
seems that the thing is serious, but not both. READ

So, so what you want the Ministry of Education, and all the powers would become Telecommunication Engineering. In this way, a degree in Computer longer have a course recognized by the state.

Please, visit this site and inform

http://www.huelgainformatica.es/ has been called a strike for the 19th of November.

Here an excerpt from the website of the College of Engineers of Andalusia on the possible consequences:
On 23 October the Ministry of Education presented the files of the new bachelor's degree and master of all engineering less the computer thus fulfilling the worst fears. The excuse has been that our engineering has no power and computing is a cross-sectional area and therefore should not focus on a specific title.

As of today the consequences of this situation are:

- Disappears in computer engineering. It fulfills the desire of many. Finally disappear and leave the way clear to the army of fans and "recycled" to establish itself as the new and true computer. Stop being a problem.

- Our titles are not comparable to any do not tally with the new titles.

- Never will professional functions. We have not had so far and will go away and not ever. We do not know what will happen with the new titles but for their local character of each university does not seem possible to arrive to be empowered.

- The current titles are invalid. Unable to approved new titles that may appear in future titles will be losing our current force and will remain as the memory of the greatest hoax of the English education system.

- Today's students are under delusion. The universities do not report fearing a mass flight to leave empty at computer schools.

- We can not work in Europe. In the absence of what is said in the above, our titles will not correspond to any European title. The new chip telecommunication engineers collect the powers of the computer so it will be them who are working with our plot.

- Universities have autonomy to invent technology-related titles locally and different between them. Private universities will make their last August and the entire university system will fulfill its dream of everyone to be computer regardless of their studies.

Obviously we will not sit still, watching as we trample. Next Saturday November 8 has called a meeting of the Deans of all Schools of Spain in Madrid to coordinate action to take. Similarly we are coordinating with the CODDI (Conference of Deans and Directors of Information Technology) with ALI, and RITSI AII2. The actions being considered go through all possible, from legal action demonstrations.

But there is a fundamental activity to be carried out and that is our hand. Now more than ever ask for the cooperation of all software engineers in order to disseminate this information. We all need to know what is happening. The tactic that has followed the Government has been misinformation. In fact unbelief has caused many software engineers do not have believed this could happen and we are sure that there are still doubts. This situation is real and is happening now.

Reconquista:

Independence Period Chile ranging from the Disaster of Rancagua to the Battle of Chacabuco.
Named after the attempt on the part of the English crown and the viceroy of Peru, to restore order before 1808.
is attempted, thus eliminating any symbol of patriotism or independence, the Reconquista is characterized by undo all that progress was made during the Patria Vieja. Becomes the system of slavery, is closed and the National Library, reopened the Royal Court, and return to Chile governors: Mariano Osorio and Casimiro Marco del Pont (quine replaces the first.) Measurements
Reconquista:
vindication courts are created to prosecute the patriots and subversive
establishing a board of kidnappings to expropriate (or remove, take away) Creoles belongings (money, farms, horses, animals livestock, etc.).
establishing Talavera battalion of police functions as a repressive they pursue and apprehend those accused of patriots.
symbols are removed and restored the royal standard.
patriots and Creoles who were not able to escape to Mendoza are exiled to the island of Juan Fernandez.
The Liberation Army, after the Disaster of Rancagua, the patriots who fled to Mendoza began to organize military to return to Chile and fight the royalist forces. This will come in contact with José de San Martín, Argentine military hero. Internal disputes between the Chilean Army (sides of O'Higgin and careerists) force San Martin to decide to rely on a leader, and chooses to O'Higgins. Both (San Martín and O'Higgins) will be responsible for organizing the army.
Meanwhile in Chile: the repressive measures by Osorio installed first, and Marco del Pont, then generated a high and deep rejection of society in general. In Chile, many groups began to organize antirealists as "guerrillas", led by creole notables. One of the most emblematic is Manuel Rodriguez, a lawyer and close friend of Carrera. He was commissioned to create a network of communications and spy for the patriots kept informed in Mendoza. To do this, it uses rustlers, carriers and fugitive offenders. Manuel Rodriguez and his men set up a strategy called MONTONEROS, which was a public disorder to distract and disperse the realistic military forces. The montoneras operated simultaneously in several parts of south-central Chile.
Crossing the Andes and the end of the Reconquista: the end of 1816 all was ready, the Liberation Army had designed a strategy to cross the Andes into three battalions, led by O'Higgins and San Martín. To do this without arousing suspicion, Manuel Rodríguez montoneras prepared to make succeeding at the beginning of 1817, as Melipilla, Curico, San Fernando. Mendoza left in early February and reached across the ridge height of Chacabuco (North London) where they met with a realistic task, resulting in the Battle of Chacabuco (12 February, 1817) was a great patriot victory. Three days later, on February 15, O'Higgins was named supreme director.
Meaning of the Reconquista: The Reconquista ended with the Battle of Chacabuco, however, the question its effectiveness as an attempt to restore absolutism. The repressive measures installed by the crown and the viceroy of Peru, but were not alarm the population, increasing the degree of rejection of any form of tyrannical government. Moreover, the Reconquista served to convince even more of a loyalty to King Creole that the best form of government was own and not abroad. Taking accounts, the period between 1814 - 1817 only deepened the gap that had developed around 1810 among the Creoles and the crown. A force, violence and repression, the history can not be stopped ...

Tile Over Textured Paint

The Bourbon reforms are a set of changes or policy measures, administrative, economic and, to a lesser extent, social and cultural, Bourbon installed by the XVIII century English and American territories, which aims was the centralization of power and the pursuit of material progress.

About are the Bourbons?

The Bourbons were the dynasty or ruling house of the eighteenth century French. Come to Spain in the midst of the so-called "War of Succession, which lasted nearly fourteen years. The Bourbons are a modern ruling house, and are assigned to a variant of absolutism enlightened despotism.

What is the enlightened despotism?.

is a political doctrine, given during the eighteenth century in Europe, and based on absolutism, which seeks to centralize power. However, it is a fundamental difference with absolutism, despotism justifies its power through enlightened reason. The reason and the pursuit of progress, the element that would justify the excessive concentration of power in the hands of a monarch. The monarch enlightened despot approaches adapted to their absolutism, his most famous motto is "all for the people, but without the people." In Spain, acquired a variant Despotism, enlightened reason is mixed with divine reason.

How do the Bourbons to power? .

dies In 1700 the last of the Hapsburg (Habsburg) who ruled in Spain Carlos II. This, having no direct heir, he left the throne to his nephew Philip Duke of Anjou, grandson of Louis XIV, king of France. The arrival to the English throne of the Duke of Anjou, now Philip V, represented a serious threat to the balance of Europe, as two great powers would be united by a ruling house. Worse, the same year that Felipe V took power (1700), his grandfather Louis XIV decreed as a direct heir to the throne of France. Faced with the danger of a single monarch would take over a vast territory that included the control of Western Europe and Overseas Atlantic (English colonies and the Philippines), the European powers unite against Philip V of France, Britain, Austria, Prussia, Portugal and the English provinces of Catalonia and Aragon start an advanced, in a conflict that lasted until 1714, which signs the Peace of Utrecht. Through this covenant, Philip V was recognized as heir and rightful king of Spain, must renounce any claim to the French throne. Moreover, Spain had to give up territorial possessions in Europe and was granted a trade concession to the company British slave trade, taking it a monopoly of slaves in Central America for nearly a century.

Bourbon policy during the eighteenth century.

Ruled by the enlightened despotism, the English monarchs begin a series of reforms designed to improve and strengthen the political system and sagging commercial colonies. During the reign of the Habsburg absolutism had a setback, due to geographical distance and the emergence of local interests, the political loyalties of the highest authorities had declined, risking absolutist centralism. The Bourbons were proposed to remedy this "power vacuum" installing a more efficient and centralized management. First, they chose to divide America into four Viceroyalties the preexisting (Peru and Mexico) and two new ones: New Granada in 1739 (now Colombia, Ecuador and Venezuela) and Rio de la Plata (present-day Argentina, Uruguay and part of Paraguay) in 1776. In addition, it creates Municipalities are colonial institutions responsible for the administration of a court (or quartermaster) and concentrated political power, judicial and military, reflecting the political centralization of the Bourbons. The municipalities were confined to a governor or viceroy, but many times enjoyed more authority than the latter, due to its timely implementation and the high number of powers that they had. In Chile, establishing the Municipality of Santiago and Concepcion.

In economic news, the Bourbons, closed Physiocrats (school of thought that conceives moral enrichment or outcome measure, assuming economic growth based on agricultural production and trade) were aimed at promoting trade Free and production in the colonies, without neglecting the concept that all profits going to the Crown. Free Trade Decrees of 1778 and the increase in traffic intercolonial the improvement of roads, trails and paths are examples of this policy.

Linked to this aspect, fiscal policy was aimed at increasing the income of the crown, through the revitalization of mining production, higher taxes and the creation of watertight (monopoly of trade, production, export, etc. In a certain product, state-owned or leased "to private persons on payment of a tax or leasehold) .

The reforms also included a plan for improvement and development of the territory. During the eighteenth century saw a rise of foundations of new urban centers. In Chile, they began to populate the Norte Chico and surrounding areas to the city of Santiago, due to the exploitation of copper deposits (copper), this rise was also extended to the south, but always limited to what is central Chile. Is established during the period a new frontier of room to the north, the city of Copiapo, and the border south of the Bío-Bío. What explains this surge?. Basically, the consolidation of the conquered area (the threat araucana was not similar to the XVI century), the extent of the accommodations, the population growth and the need to control and effective administration throughout the territory. Santiago undergoes beautification and functionality never before seen, numerous civic buildings lift during the period: The Court of the Consulate, the Cathedral, The Mint, the Mapocho Tacama of the bridge Cal y Canto, etc. Moreover, improving the infrastructure, like roads enabling Santiago-Valparaiso (play ending in the New Nation) and the road from Mendoza to the Central Zone of Chile. The road infrastructure would be to increase communication of the territory, taking the nature of isolation and remoteness and facilitating commercial contacts.

Culturally, the Bourbons, based on the concepts illustrated, installed a series of reforms aimed at increasing the cultural level of the colonies. However, these reforms were limited. On the one hand, Chile was created in two very important educational institutions: The Royal University of San Felipe, responsible for the teaching of theoretical lectures as law, theology, philosophy and grammar, and included the Chair of Medicine (previously taught in the religious institutions) and the Academia de San Luis, which was responsible for vocational training to boost the economy, production and trade. But then, the crown directly control the cultural level that could aspire to, restricting, for example, books, speeches and content deemed by it "subversive or dangerous for absolutism. "

are three elements of Bourbon reformism which have major consequences or repercussions.

1. The expulsion of the Jesuits (1767): During the colony, the largest religious order was the Jesuit. She was considered for a long time, and especially during the reign of the house Austria, as allies of imperial policy. Were important agents of colonization, through evangelization, agents culture, through education, expanding agents, via land borders with the pacification of the Araucanía (missions), operators, since the Farms and mills under his management were the most productive land , and moralizing agents of society. Much of the Creole society that was considered one of the most respected institutions and so enjoyed a major reputation, often surpassing other religious orders. However, with the arrival of the Bourbons, the political alliance was dissolved. This was because the Jesuits are fiercely opposed to enlightened despotism, the Society of Jesus taught long in its educational institutions a current long-standing policy, which was the TEODEMOCRACIA ( power emanates from God, and this, in a proper and divine government of all his subjects, delegating power to the people, which in turn delegates the power to the king, who in a correct interpretation of the divine will govern in peace and the pursuit of the heavenly kingdom. If a king or ruler does not fulfill the divine command, if not governed under the principles of God and does not give justice and happiness to his subjects, may be deposed, and the power back to people who would be entitled to re-delegate the power and sovereignty). But the Bourbons proposed and installed opposite policy, the English despotism suggests that the power emanates from God and gives it directly to the king, who in a fair interpretation of the divine will, governs the people. While both principles are similar, there is an element which makes opposition: the existence in the Teodemocracia, the people as intermediary divine power and majesty. Teodemocracia teaching was seen as a direct attack on royal authority, and during the 1760 decreed the expulsion of the order of the entire English territory, and in 1767, the American territory. The purpose of removal were manifold: on one hand, there was an imbalance in the economy, because it eliminated one of the biggest and best productive agents, but on the other, favored the more notable natives, who were able to rent or buy at a low price of land of their estates. But its most important effect was that first put at risk the loyalty to the king, since the measure was the most stubborn disapproval of all natives and colonists in America, disapproval stalled in the minds and installed in the collective memory as a symbol of royal authoritarianism. However, despite the discomfort, the natives did not react actively or directly against the crown.

2. The Free Trade: free trade was a process that began with the elimination of the system of fleets and galleons, which was considered inefficient and ineffective. In its place was installed Vessel Registration System, which includes participation in trade between Spain and individual colonies of the peninsula, after authorization by royal representatives. Then he ordered the opening of the ports of Spain to trade with "the Indies" and later on, the opening of American ports to trade direct with Spain (in Chile, for example, opened the port of Valparaiso and Concepcion) and enabling direct routes, such as the Cape Horn (Chile and Peru) and Atlantic (Viceroyalty Rio de la Plata). The Free Trade Decree 1778 was only the culmination of this process, which definitively established the new system, including also regulated trade with foreign powers "friends" (England, for example, following the Peace of Utrecht). The objective of trade liberalization was to activate both the production of the colonies and the weak tax system: to increased trade, higher taxes (remember the Excise was a tax charged by every economic transaction and Almojarifazgo was a customs tax), always favoring the crown. BUT generated market saturation by the arrival of many imports from Spain, saturation affecting prices (things came cheaper) and made it impossible for colonial producers to compete on equal footing with mainland merchants. This led to a series of bankruptcies of Americans, and an annoyance of the natives, they noticed that the crown did not bother to protect the domestic market and protecting the interests of other peninsular merchants. The struggle grew over time, with the installation of watertight established a monopoly system of real hard to reach and deliver even more strongly encouraging your lease, the majority, a peninsular merchants. The anger of the natives lay in its incompetence and inability to protect its market, participate actively in the market and regulate its market.

3. Administrative centralization: the creation of new institutions, and the replacement of the ruling house, meant for Creole is a hope that the end could actively and directly participate in government. However, the new charges just fell into the hands of Spaniards, as a way to centralize power and to ensure the unconditional loyalty to the English crown, fading all the radio group definitely interested in having power. They are also a power struggle between Creoles and Spaniards.

What explains this struggle for power?

The social group of Creoles was part of the colonial aristocracy belong to the racial group of "whites." During the seventeenth century consolidated its dominant position through two key elements:

· have social power : prestige and political power grows out of three elements that helped them to persist as the dominant social group:

1. Social Alliances: During the seventeenth century produce a strategy of cooptation, or seeking acceptance of their environment, through marriage with a noble name, a commercial company, etc. This meant that the aristocracy Creole was gradually merging with the peninsular aristocracy, becoming a very small group. To mention one example, by 1800, no more than 200 families were considered aristocratic.

2. titles of nobility, through the acquisition of titles of nobility Creoles claimed his prestige and pedigree, which often did not have by birth. Obtaining these titles was mostly worthless, since they bought.

3. Mayorazgo: the firstborn is a colonial institution that authorization was to bequeath all possessions and even the nobility in the older child or a single heir. This facility allowed the social power or the "rank" is not lost in time with the father's death.

· has the economic power: the natives, far from the colonial administration had to settle for the control of major productive units: The Haciendas and mineral deposits. Reached the eighteenth century were adding other activities such as trade. All this gave way to that as a group, concentrated economic activity in the territory.

two elements working together: the social power allowed them to control and perpetuate the economic power (especially by primogeniture) and the control of the production system provided them with more social power.

Both the social and the economic power allowed them to enjoy an informal political power. But the intentions native came away, wanting to have formal political power and active participation that exceeded Cabildo border. The need for management control Creoles not be misunderstood, they did not want to install their own autonomous government of the king, but they wanted and hoped to protect its market, effectively rejecting the excessive tax burden and consolidated as a class, installing Imperial politics its own interests, but in the context of the English government.

What are the effects and consequences of policy reform in Chile?

While the objective of the reforms was to "reconquer America, its effects were contrary. Well, over time, the discomfort was felt across the continent.

Deprotection were exposed to American producers, coupled with the power struggle with the Spaniards, and the bitterness over the expulsion of the Jesuits sparked a nascent class consciousness in the native group, or what many historians call "proto" (first sign of nationalism, which is not yet clearly defined features that allow to speak of nationalism, strictly speaking) which manifested mainly in the growing need for native groups to participate in power.

Could we then say that the Bourbon reforms are a cause Chile's Independence?

Not necessarily. Although there was upset, this was not strong enough to have defined the anti-realist stance Creole (against the king). The discomfort was kept more hidden in the shadows, often hidden or disguised by the slogan "Long live the king and death to bad government." Despite the negative effects of political despot, loyalty to the crown was not greatly affected. Moreover, the natives were able to adapt to the Bourbon despotism in the same way they did with absolutism habsbugo. In short, limited effects of a limited reform.

Yes we must consider the reform as an antecedent possibly later served to justify the many demands and positions of the American revolutionaries. What is not in doubt is that the eighteenth-century stage prepared in one way or another the arrival of the nineteenth century. Most likely, the eighteenth-century Chilean Creoles never saw or never expected to become independent, their situation was not so bad, they had almost everything that could be desired, and the territory enjoyed an enviable tranquility and passivity by any other American colony. But it was the sequence of events of early nineteenth century that precipitated the independence and almost blind, Creoles moved down a road that was also cemented in the dark ... A thinker said some "Men make their history, but not do so arbitrarily, under circumstances chosen by themselves, but under circumstances directly given and inherited" (Karl Marx, The 18 Brumaire of Louis Bonaparte) .

Jenna Jameson - Howard Stern

Braid, interesting proposal

was tainted with my 360 today and I started to browse the new online demos of the bazaar Microsoft console, the Xbox Live Arcade and caught my attention this title in the wake of news that I read this morning.

Actually the game has left me a little crazy and I'm worth amoquinar pasta (which is worth it) because it is really hard to resist this proposal.

The art direction, gameplay mechanics and the feeling that follows (and music, that music!) I think it one of those games that are the wafer and not selling anything, but hey, I think worth giving it a try, but the following video speaks for itself.

If you can See him in HD and notice well in all details, background, etc. .. and if you have a 360 download the demo fools! I really liked it, hope not to be alone.

Water And Oil Body Spray

Good, the competition in which they had long development projects (ie that people brought from home) has helped me to present my shooter engine 2.5D ships and look for partners (especially 3D modelers!) but it seems that no luck .. lol

Anyway, I did not participate because it's a game in a very early stage of development (alpha stage is not) because as you know my work with my engine known last summer and try make a little game of star wars models downloaded from the internet 3rd party to test the engine, which is my real project.

The truth is that I have received many compliments encourage me to continue the project and transform it into a development environment of shooters available to game designers without a background in software engineering and votes have been the last (lol) but despite this I am very pleased to have got 30 points and finished taking authentically monsters with which to compare (see Number 6 and Zero Chronicles, my favorites, and authentic great game).

Next year I hope to have ready to present a solid and in good condition. Of time, here is the ranking (I had to make mittens, because only the winner is said despite the vote is public):

Project Competition T-Shirt Party, my game favorite (the campus)

The Rapid Development competition (which I have not presented this year ... hehehe ...) Audience Award and the second jury has fallen on an juegazo:

T-Shirt Party, great game which I believe should also have taken the first position, because it really is a fun game, simple, original and all kinds of audiences. Truly accessible, you just need a webcam and a microphone (a laptop is ideal) and 3 shirts, one green, one red and one blue.

IMPORTANCE OF COMMISSIONERS

Commissioners in corporations play an important role, because to them the responsibility for inspection and monitoring of the operations of the company, its powers and duties enshrined in the Code of Commerce. To that end, Article 309 of that law states: "The commissioners appointed under the provisions of Article 287, have an unlimited right of inspection and supervision over all operations of the company. They can examine the books, correspondence, and In general, all documents of the company. "

However be a figure enshrined in the law to enforce such important work, in practice, given the importance that actually possess. As important, is essential in addition to their presence and participation in trade companies, which among its duties is to reexamine the balance of society and preparing its report, that is, apart from reviewing the balance, the commissioners must issue a report on it, to inform the assembly which can not be approved for the balance, or both accounts will be null passed as the balance, if not been preceded by the commissioner's report (first paragraph, Article 287).

balance after its approval by the assembly, it becomes a documentobase of society, from which economic action is taken within the Company. So, as pointed out by Dr. Alfredo Morles Hernandez, in his "Course of Commercial Law": "Commissioners are responsible for the formal and substantial balances. Consequently, they respond to damage society suffer , shareholders or third parties for the improper formulation of the balance by the administrators, generally being at fault, a fault in controlling or in negligendo. "

In corporations, always required the appointment of the commissioner, and limited liability companies required by law only when social capital is more than five hundred thousand bolivar, but it seems that the spirit of our Companies Act would always be present Commissioner in limited liability companies, when Article 327 of the Code of Commerce in its first paragraph, states: "In companies that do not have the functions of these commissioners shall be exercised by the partners are not administrators." Consequently, the question arises, "If all partners to manage, be required to appoint Commissioner? It seems that if we take into account the above.

Among the powers of police, when they get that society prosecutors have access to all documents, books and correspondence, which makes it right an obligation that must be met in a regular and detailed to verify the actions taken by the administrator, the commissioners should therefore intervene if they find some negligence on the part of managers in developing their roles in society, if not act expeditiously or overstep the boundaries of administrative functions.

The commissioners have also a duty to "maintain the secrecy of the facts and documents which, by reason of his office know.

Article 310 of the Commercial Code entitles the commissioners as individuals through which the assembly can exercise action against directors for facts of the which they are responsible. However, it also the shareholders may be reported to the Commissioners the facts that create objectionable administrators and commissioners are required to be stated that have received the complaint in his report submitted to assembly.

Standard Commercial Code, the election of the Commissioners is for the regular meeting, without mentioning any requirement for the post of commissioner and her election. To be commissioner, is a clear need to have special knowledge about financial matters, and although the Commercial Code does not tell us anything about it, as we have noted, today the law governing the exercise of professional accounting, Administration and Economics, calls for a professional in one of these branches who occupies the office of Commissioner, as so provided in the draft General Corporation Law.

The Capital Market Law, is even more emphatic about it, saying that companies subject the control of the National Securities Commission should have two (2) commissioners, who must meet the following requirements:

1) Must have experience in financial and business matters.

2) There must form part of the Management Board, or be employees of the company, or be relatives of the administrators to the fourth degree of consanguinity and second degree, or spouses of the same.

And the appointment of commissioners, under this law should be discussed publicly and separately for each commissioner. Shareholders who voted in favor of the first commissioner, shall not interfere in the vote on the second, except the case that voting for any of the Commissioners was unanimously, in which case all voters may participate.

Partial Regulation of the Law on Capital Markets Corporations registered publicly traded (SAICA), requires to be in such company, and two commissioners have mainly two alternate commissioners.

As we can see through all the arguments about the importance of the figure of the commissioners, met them at a function that is proper to be delegated legally, in practice unfortunately not given all relevant actually be met within the life of the company, thus not reaching the goals set forth by the legislature, but rather are figures that most cases met just a legal formality, almost as is occurring in most corporations that are not controlled and regulated by the Capital Markets Act and its regulations.

recommended and desirable that in the immediate future will proceed with legislative reform that includes some commissioners and not really effective.
