Assess whether you need to submit Aides also (like the JTPs) plan class, since, in fact, serve the same functions, or whether, on the contrary, it would be better to retain the difference in order to defend the idea that JTP should have other roles, such as that of coordinating committees. The idea is to maintain this position with the aim, among others, to respond to popular demands from 1 to 1 which, incidentally, is used by the management of CBC as an argument against the requirement of high and low guild.

Article 15 was discussed on the possibility that the regulation will grant a longer period for submission of entries to the contest who were already in office will be stated, but there was no agreement on establishing this difference.
Article 16 As for those who may object to the candidates registered for the contest within 10 days after the close of registration, there was discussion about who / it can present these challenges. If they must be among those who can do the students and graduates, or not. There was discussion about whether to specify associations' guilds, and on eliminating professional societies between those who may object to the applicants.

Res 2087 imposes restrictions on the possible creation. One option being discussed is that instead of graduate assistants were proposed (the proposed auxiliary aides suggesting they would be first and second, so as to ensure so, greater presence estudiantil).

debate and is made concrete proposals from the purview of regulation ancillary contests of the Faculty of Arts.
is suggested that the preamble to a regulation contest the CBC should recognize existing and regular teachers. The need to ensure stability of the charges and the teaching staff. There is a debate about legalization or temporary provision, which had already been teaching in the assembly of the CBC. This raises the need for a single teaching faculty. They focus on the problem which means the lack of institutionalization of the CBC and a body like the Board that if they have the power.
Concerning Article 1: This article refers to the teaching assistants as helpers of second, first and JTP. It notes that the CBC's roles as helpers and JTP are less differentiated than in the case of racing and FFyL. That the CBC's assistant 1, performs functions in the race made the JTP. Arises reference that section refers only to teaching duties and that a similar article for a CBC rules should include research and extension work.
respect of Article 2: This article argues that the entry to teaching in any category and dedication should be by competition. We discuss the need for a teaching career for subsidiary. The need to differentiate the new positions of existing ones. We propose a two-tier competition. First closed to members of the chairs and then open to outsiders.
respect of article 6, which raises the possibility of relocating the teachers with their consent within the academic unit or departments discussed the difference at this point between the FFyL and the CBC, which has many branches, many of them within the province of Buenos Aires and at great distances from the Federal Capital. It thus seems advisable not to include this article in a regulation for the CBC. Finally, remember to keep it, but considering the positive restate explicitly the right of teachers to keep home and schedule. About
art. 7 °, which proposes that the national evaluation by Evaluation Committees should be race or subject area, we propose that the CBC may be in the same department.
In article 8 shows the role of the Governing Board of the faculty Regarding educational competitions and proposed charges needs of career departments, there is a proposal to the CBC Board of Inter. We discuss the form of integration. It argues that is made only based on teaching faculty, with two teachers per department and a student representation of the UFBA.
Regarding Articles 8 and 9 which relate to teaching and research, aims to add extension.
from Article 9 which raises what should be planning departments to rise to the Directing Council, aims to eliminate the points c and d.
Concerning Article 10 which refers to the conditions of the contest called and advertising, there is a need to explicitly listed obligation to inform authorities reliably to all members of the chair in a position to compete.

1. CBC CD AGD meeting with the Director of the CBC, Jorge Ferronato, on Thursday, July 15, 2010
The report of the meeting and was sent by mail. Also available on the blog:
http://www.agdciclobasicocomun.blogspot.com/
In connection with this meeting, we discussed:
1.1. Ferronato had informed members of the CD at the meeting that "will ensure that those who contest is not in any way they can end up with a lower income than they have before the contest" (reported above). Was expressed disbelief of this statement in particular, on the grounds that this, in fact, is what is happening. The reduction of designations is a fact already achieved results of competitions (eg, contests and Proyectual Deputy IPC). We noted in the memory of the previous meeting that the resolution of this problem in some cases has been individually and post-hoc, and is a requirement of the guild that any teacher to see their wages reduced due to a competition.
1.2. At the meeting, as stated in the report, Ferronato presented a resolution (Res. No. 1266) signed on 13 July (the resolution was sent by mail) by which appointed an Advisory Commission to "preparing the draft Regulation of paraprofessionals in the CBC. " In connection with this Advisory Committee, discussed a lot. In general, there is agreement that is a step in the existence of a Commission for that purpose, but we reject that Ferronato unilaterally select the members that compose it.
discuss what position to take on the establishment of the Commission: as is proposed by management, representatives of the unions, academic representatives and current secretary coordination in the CBC contest, all chosen by Ferronato discretion.
discussed in this sense if only to question the participation union (AGD) in the Commission, in which case the assembly would demand those who choose to participate, and also expand the number of union representatives. This would be a minimum target.
Since it is clear that the election of all members of the commission is arbitrary and academic representatives were not elected democratically, a top goal will require the participation of all teachers in the election of other members Advisory Commission, whether it is very likely to get a negative. The need
that AGD has a position on the election by the management all members. The idea is to release a statement by the Board of Directors of CBC AGD in which we express our rejection of the arbitrary creation of the commission, not its existence, "and we demand a democratic way of election of its members. This declaration is defined in the CD next open meeting: Wednesday August 11 at 10am. in AGD-Social.
should be clear that while we consider the establishment of this commission is important at this time because it is necessary and urgent to develop a regulation Contests Auxiliary, is independent of the announced call for simple JTP 100 contests, which continually rejected arbitrary and insufficient (Rejection stated in the petition that we are signing).
Finally, Gladys Perri reported receiving a call from Ferronato on July 19 on her cell-days after the meeting he held with members of the CD-to ask why we reject the establishment of the commission (although nothing even said publicly, CD exchanged views on this point, and it is clear that somehow knows Ferronato). In this conversation, he announced that in addition to simple JTP 100 contests are going to perform 150 contests top aides. It was agreed that this new offer is also arbitrary, dangerous and inadequate.
2. Request
2.1. The petition was signed by over 300 teachers.
2.2. We insist that we continue to promote its signature. Recall that / as teachers can sign on line at:
http://tinyurl.com/regularizacion
by mail and on paper.
The idea is to continue promoting his signature during the first weeks of classes, which begin Aug. 18. Firms will close the day of the next general meeting on Saturday, August 28 (see 4).
2.3. The idea is to circulate a new flyer that will be drafted in the coming weeks (and that will be sent promptly to all) accompanying the request, which will gather the questions / concerns etc. it / as teachers expressed following the reading of the previous wheel. In addition, there were significant advances, many firms of the request, the establishment of the Advisory Committee by Ferronato, ie, several developments which should be noted in the new wheel.
3. Possibility of legal initiatives
It was not until August 6, converting the AGD lawyer, Guillermo Pajoni to inquire about the legal way to push for the start of the process of adjustment.
also be consulted with him which way to go to press law in the absence of institutional response to requests union payroll charges (see 6.2).
4. Date of next general meeting of teachers from the CBC. Date of next meeting of the Committee of Adjustment

6. Order Payroll charges
6.1. Request payroll:
continue to maintain that the facts brought to light the list of charges are necessary information from the general situation of the CBC to discuss how to carry out the adjustment of the / as temporary teachers.
The list of charges had been required by AGD-CBC Ferronato at other times. In the general assembly on July 5, we demand it resolved in a written submission to copy table entries to Ferronato.
On July 7, 2010 was presented the order signed by James Gandara, but not joined by front desk.
In their meeting with members of the CD Ferronato on July 15 (quoting the report of that meeting) "He asked if we would deliver the complete list of teachers from the CBC (including fees and age) to which refused, noting the problems this would bring between Prof. Headlines. "
On July 22 the request is resubmitted payroll charges, this time joined by Bureau of Entry, with July 21 and signed by James Gandara. We do not have the file number, we should have it. This issue is of crucial importance to legally push the payroll. Perri Gladys send mail these days by a scan of the letter containing the request. "We could also send the stamped record number of tickets Mesa income?
6.2. How to continue on this order?
decided to send a letter to the Higher Council will be in the CD next meeting on 11 August.
If Ferronato not respond to our request, we will evaluate with the lawyer, William Pajoni, how to follow the legal way to obtain information corresponding public surrender.
7. Assistants Working Regulations
decided to create an instance in the Adjustments Committee, and invite all / as the / as teachers who want to participate in it, for the analysis of regulations from other academic units Auxiliary and the development of own , which is independent of our rejection of the announced call to 100 contests, rejection-no need to insist, are maintained.

The 100 contests JTP charges, simple dedication are all subjects of the CBC. According to information obtained in a meeting with Ferronato-in which the denial of Aduba denied, and further confirmed by some owners who were, in turn, informed by the directors of their respective departments, is the management decision CBC that these competitions so this year. According to information from also some headlines, and competitions are divided by subject. The call to the 100 contest would, as Ferronato informed by the end of the first quarter of 2010. Ferronato
had also announced their intention to conclude its mandate by convening more than 300 competitions. So to be convened, in total, during his tenure, 400 teaching assistants contests.
At previous meetings of Committee of Adjustment has agreed to reject this call for tenders. Also, the assemblies held the week of June 11 in Paternal, Drago, Ciudad Universitaria, Martinez, Puan, Montes de Oca Moreno emerged the decision to reject them. The reasons are many, known by all, and are expressed in the first flyer circulated calling by head assemblies, are also circulated a document calling for general assembly on Saturday 3 July. Anyway, something we will later (see 3).
The rejection of the call for tenders must be accompanied, in our view, the requirement of regularization, regularization whose manner, we argue, must be agreed by the effective teacher participation (see 4).
3. Why reject this call for tenders? Regulation is arbitrary to use and the number of positions to be bankrupt
The agreement in rejecting these competitions must first of all, the choice of regulation that would regulate, decision made on the backs of teachers the CBC. This refers to the structural problem of lack of institutionalization of the CBC, an area necessary for the establishment of regulations for ancillary contests. The management of CBC
intends to carry out competitions with the Regulations for Competitions Assistant, Faculty of Psychology. However, Ferronato had expressed no problem in meeting with the unions to review or accept proposal for a regulation.
Anyway, we insist on the rejection of these contests by the arbitrariness of the decision to only 100 competitions, JTP - simple dedication. We demand the regularization of all teachers to their positions. Moreover, the contests are in charge with simple dedication would bring the result that some teachers see their salaries reduced. This is happening, for example, response to calls made in IPC attachment and projective. Decisions in some cases, this problem have been individually and post-hoc. It must be a guild requirement that no teacher to see their wages reduced due to a competition. While these appear to be separate problems are separable, at least logically, appear embedded in this very sensitive matter before us. First we must reject these calls, require adjustment of teachers in all positions and demand it from the hand of the requirement of non-salary reduction for any teacher.
is necessary for the rejection of this call is effective, the real teacher participation.
So, it was established:
(i) The objective of stopping the 100 contests, this refusal should be accompanied by:
(ii) The requirement of regularization of contract teachers, no reduction in salary and
( iii) A proposal on how to regularize the CBC contract teachers
(III.i.) How regularize the CBC contract teachers?
Several proposals were discussed, but in principle there is complete agreement on the method of adjustment should be discussed in Open Assembly. The proposals on which discussed, not systematically, were: "regularization immediate-making competitions closed (for Social) and implement teaching career (to the Philosophy and Letters).
Once the regularization method proposed by Assembly (III.II) make a legal submission of this proposal, on a temporary basis until Institutionalization of the CBC.
(iv) Invitation to Open Assembly on Saturday July 3 at the CBC headquarters Bulnes, central hall, 10 hrs. point to 13 hours. point, to get to see the game.
4. Assembly July 3, 2010. See Bulnes. 10 to 13 hours.
was decided to re-write a document sent Rocio O. on the issues discussed so far by the Committee of Adjustment. In fact, re-write part of the document during the meeting. The objectives of the circulation of this document are:
(a) report on the situation of the impending call to 100 counts auxiliary competitions at the CBC, framing the problem in the general problem of the lack of institutionalization of the CBC.
Y (b) invite the assembly.
One of the objectives is to leave the Assembly a formal request for the meeting of the Steering Committee of the guild CBC Ferronato writing, to be presented per table entry, and copied to Ferronato.
The opening of the assembly would be responsible Gladys P. and Edward W.
5. Document Circulation
Assembly inviting
By mail:
- with the commitment from those who were in the seat assemblies by sending a personal mail to those who participated in the assemblies.
was established that the mail has a short text with the call, and paste, below, the document sent Rocío. It was also suggested that, by location, the call sign two or three teachers, giving the mail to everyone.
- from mailing AGD.
That the text displayed on the blog of AGD-CBC.
And each of us and personally invited by mail.
There will also be leaflets and posters printed for distribution at the sites.
6. Other topics
Other issues were not systematically discussed during the meeting would remain as issues to work:
- The current lack of ability to perform research at the CBC.
- Take into account when setting the proposal on how to regulate the temporary teachers, some peculiarities of the CBC, for example, the case of teachers who have no college degree.
La reunión tuvo lugar en AGD-Sociales, el día 24 de Junio de 2010, de 11 hs. a 13 hs.
Estuvimos presentes: Eduardo Weisz, Héctor Lobbe, Ileana Celotto, Silvina Boggi, Rocío Otero, Alejandra Bernat, Federico Holik, Pablo Rabey y Mariana Córdoba.
El presente informe está ordenado de acuerdo con los temas discutidos. Por favor, agreguen, corrijan, comenten en caso de considerarlo necesario.
Se retoman aquí algunos datos que ya teníamos, en la medida en que lo discutido remitió y contempló I worked at previous meetings of the Committee of Adjustment.
1. Payroll charges
believe that the data charges incurred in the payroll data are needed in the general situation of the CBC to discuss how to perform the regularization of contract teachers.
The list of charges and was required by the Director-AGD-CBC CBC Ferronato, in meeting with him. Since we are still awaiting a response, we decided to demand it in writing at a table presentation copy Ferronato input, which will be delivered personally. The idea is to present this note with a request for meeting with Ferronato (see 4).

President George Cb Faults
Adjustment Committee Meeting - May 6
Memory Regularization Commission meeting of May 6
were present: EW, SB and I by the Collective, Alejandra and CD-CBC and a teacher of Biology, Alejandro Barton. The meeting took place at Bulnes and lasted about two hours. Towards the end of the meeting of IPC added a teacher, who also teaches at the Pellegrini and has actively participated in the various conflicts in the school.
1) Meeting AGD-CBC / Ferronato
Ferronato There was a meeting, after which they discussed about the following topics: List of charges
: AGD-CBC demanded the list of charges, and assume that will soon. We discuss work on the payroll to give an overview of the status of the CBC. Should make proposals about this. Alejandra said he sees problems online publication payroll, and in many ways agreed. We have to think what to do with that information will be helpful.
specifications call for tenders: 100 counts of JTP to compete, and are elevated to the Superior Council for approval. Are all subjects of the CBC. Ferronato
said he wants to end its operations in a year and a half, calling over 400 contests. His idea is to first regularize all the JTP and if possible a few assistants. AGD-CBC
refused this, saying that is not standardized and a teaching. How then regularized? We agreed that it is also wrong that the mechanism proposed management for regularization. There was agreement that the call case, then two or three matters, which is not admissible. Also, that contest would enroll many teachers, which would make it impractical to conduct.
Anyway, apparently the idea of \u200b\u200bmanagement is called JTP contests to people who have made an internal competition (there was a few years ago, which has no validity as case management, EW, for example-but apparently, to prioritize them to compete for the regularity, they would be acknowledging some validity). The competitions would call for the current quarter.
There was some agreement that was not right to call only a hundred contests, only JTP's, nor by making the adjustment drip, which would be very slow and unfair. Intends to challenge and push the adjustment (later, the how). Regulation
auxiliary competitions: the management said they were going to make the call with the rules of competition of Psychology, which opposed AGD-CBC, I also echoing our pose on the limitations of this regulation.
is so left that meeting the proposal to take the Social regulation, which was submitted to the commission for teaching CS. This is because Ferronato finally accepted the need for regulation you use contains a transitional provision that provides for the interim position. AGD-CBC
proposed at the meeting with Ferronato, and today's meeting, take the proposal Filo teaching career and social regulation contests. (In this latter respect, EW learned several things yesterday about the social regulation, which will better it, but specifically provided us with the certainty that the contests made Social regulations are valid and were not challenged by the CS). According
Alejandra, Ferronato does not want to hear about a teaching career at the CBC, and the discussion was very hard when it came to that point.
also was elevated to the legal department UBA of assessment criteria (the grid of scores) with which the competition would be weighted in the background and seniority. This was also suggested that the teacher has more score with length of CBC and not any teacher at UBA. EW
raised the issue of automatic adjustment (although it was not an issue, since we were clearly talking about regularization via contests), and chatted on article 10 of Resolution 2036/87 CS, from which we are all temporary until they are substantiated contests. In Germany it seemed important to inform us as this, it means a protection against deficiency.
2) Commission proposal competitions.
-Work on developing a teaching career project for CBC.
-Work on a draft regulation of the teaching staff of the CBC.
-Work on the mechanisms that make both tasks are as participatory as possible. Call
Assemblies convene assemblies was proposed to start discussing a draft teaching career and regularization (and within this, rules of contests), and that this discussion has the widest possible participation, to this in turn, give legitimacy to projects in due course be developed. The idea would be to get those delegates participating in Assemblies discussion and drafting of the teaching profession and regularization. EW
was in charge of drafting and proposing the convening of such meetings, and flyers are going to do with the resources of AGD.
The Assemblies would be the week of 24, on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday (Monday and Tuesday, thank God, and Mrs. President, are holidays). On Thursday 13, after our meeting, 13:30 pm, we Competitions Committee meeting in AGD-Social. We agreed that EW, SB and I, we're on track competitions, come on. We'll also handled via mail with the Competitions Commission. (Note: the presence of others, could charlala division according to the collective task, since it is also the subject choices).
was discussed whether the meetings should be convened by site or department, reaching agreement, the convening of both modes.
3) Other items of interest to be talked at the meeting. Pellegrini College
mid-2007, Pellegrini was able to form a council composed of 8 professors (who are half teachers at the school), 4 and 2 graduate students, which began operating in late 2008. The Pellegrini was in a situation of lack of representativeness in the CS and an institutional instability in the UBA in some sense similar that of the CBC. Would be good to know a little more the process that made the school to get a council (which nevertheless has a very challenging operation, and little was heard by the CS). However, different from the CBC, which is part of the UBA and the first year of all races. However, it may be interesting for us. Things
more on relationship management and current forces
talked about the competitions is the CPI (EG situation, for example).
We talked about the tension between management and the department 5 (Exact very merged with the Faculty of Exact Sciences), which is linked to the previous administration. It is the only department which has challenged a rule of procedure of Ferronato. Has 2000 posts in total (not teachers, but charges) and is a department with power and ability to pressure the opposition to management.
In relation to the Faculty of Economics, Alejandra said that there are certain arrangements that have to do with the power of economics (chairs experimental creation of chairs of Economics).
voltage is also about training courses and training. These are agreements for scholarships for teachers of CBC to carry out postgraduate training courses in various faculties of the UBA. Economic accurate and do not want agreements with the CBC to provide free graduate. This is important because it makes the conditions of possibility of a teacher of the CBC to have in your CV more than seniority.
management has in mind the division of the department 5.
They spoke on the subject of experimental chairs. There are of Economics and Psychology. Consists of "experiments" teaching. There are some 100 students in Psycho and 70 in Economy. Teachers who are new positions are dictated. The management claims that new commissions were established.

Meeting October 6th CD CD
Memory Steering Committee meeting of AGD-day CBC October 6, 2010 by CD
Present: Gladys Perri, Marcela Sanchez, Eduardo Weisz, Silvina Boggi.
Assistants: Ariel Eidelman.
Agenda:
1. Finance.
2. Puan conflict.
3. Payroll charges.
4. Advisory Commission to make regulations CBC paraprofessionals
5. Bulletin.
6. Escobar.
7. Survey.
8. Video delivery request.
9. Blog, forum.
10. Next meeting.
1. Finance: Could not treat the absence of Gabriela Bandieri, Secretary of Finance. Gladys announced that no meeting was held with the Ministry of Finance of the guild.
2. Conflict Puan: We evaluated the activity at the headquarters on Tuesday 5 / 10, where small meetings were held during the day to make possible the meeting was held later. Marcela then reported what happened during the weeks of conflict in the courses of CBC headquarters Puan:
or 60% of classes were issued as public classes in hallways, even took some courses evaluations.
or math: while public classes were only 35% of students attending them. or economy-IPC and biology classes did not
Given the diversity of situations think of suggestions for different three situations: 1 °
Location: classes to teach their classes in a timely manner and was attended by all students. In this case would not change anything about the original schedule of the subject.
2 ° Status: Teachers who gave public classes but significant number of students did not attend.
3 ° Status: Teachers who did not give classes.
In the last two situations we understand that we must seek a way to recover the lost classes but we do not agree that teaching assistants be given to extend the class in December. We propose that the lecturers address the situation in the manner they see fit but to do so without affecting auxiliary teachers. Gladys
called by TE to the director of the CBC to agree a meeting date between the director, members of the CD and teachers Puan headquarters. Would send then via e-mail invitation to teachers with the text 1 Puan Assembly resolved.
3. List of charges: Gladys introduced the note of a sudden release signed by the Secretary General of the guild Santiago Gándara for table entries by the day 7 / 10.
4. Advisory Committee: Eduardo called the director of the CBC to request a meeting date of the commission's regulations.
5. Newsletter: At this point there was agreement in principle with the note written by Eduardo inviting teachers to write articles for the newsletter. Gladys felt that the newsletter must have a profile on the political orientation of the guild so it would be inappropriate to include notes of the various political currents and union, which already have their own ways of distribution. Silvia and Eduardo believed that openness to these flows, with personal opinions of teachers, is a form of open discussions and involve more participants in trade union activity. It was eventually agreed to publish a first newsletter to opinions of teachers, not the currents that participate in the guild, and as well as the Editorial Committee of the CD itself, allowing you approve or reject the articles submitted.
The newsletter would consist of three parts: 1) Editorial (in charge of the CD), 2) Information of the guild and 3) open space for teachers (to be convened to write comments on union activity, information problems specific, etc.).. Gladys
adjust the call to the publications that wrote Eduardo and sends it to agree and send mail to members. Will seek out a number in the first days of November.
6. See Escobar: It was noted that as of the date Escobar teachers had not been paid their wages. Gladys writes a note explaining that the management of BCC is committed to pay on time and failed.
7. Poll: No time.
8. Request Video presentation: There was no time.
9. Blog and discussion forum: It was this point quickly to begin the meeting: Gladys is in charge of finding out how to open a blog space where members can write their opinions. In that space would introduce the balance of the CD written by Hector Lobbe (after consulting the same for approval)
