Earlier this year the Executive Committee of AGD-CBC was informed by the authorities of the CBC, Director and Secretary Jorge Ferronato Sara academic Lifszyc of a contest to 100 counts of JTP. In the context of the need to adjust the positions of assistant professors - temporary in its entirety, and this call for proposals in particular, formed a Committee of Adjustment under AGD-CBC, to begin to address this problem.

Although we maintain our stance against the 100 contests JTP announced, not to be framed in a medium-term policy for the regularization of all teachers in all their burdens, we welcome the establishment of this Commission. The situation of a permanent interim puts the sword of Damocles over our shoulders every year when renewing our appointments. That is why it will be necessary to discuss collectively, as has been done in other faculties with the same delay in the adjustment of charges (FFyLL, FADU and FSOC), the features that this regulation should take to ensure a fair manner, combining job stability and academic excellence, retention of all teachers in positions they currently occupy. These regulations were the product needed an extended period of discussion among the cloisters, which achieved a balanced and consensual regulation.
