On July 15 the Board of Directors of AGD-CBC, in a meeting with the Director of the CBC, Prof. Jorge Ferronato, was take notice of the resolution (D) from 1266 to 1210, he signed two days earlier. Although progress seems inevitable the existence of this Commission, we question the manner in which it was decided to composition. In the absence of institutionalization, ie, co-government in the CBC once again the direction of the CBC decided unilaterally: in this case, who would be members of the Commission. We believe the Commission should be composed, first, by teachers from the CBC that his academic career and his knowledge of the mechanisms institutions that make the work of the teacher's assistants, can make an effective contribution to the task. On the other hand, representatives of the so-called "non-teachers" who have knowledge of relevant technical and administrative areas. And finally, and specifically in what concerns us, union representatives, to also address specific aspects that make our academic and labor rights.
As far as our representatives, AGD-CBC, the Advisory Commission proposal envisages the participation of two members, by name, of the Executive Committee of the guild. We believe that it may be the address of the CBC who the point, they should be defined according to the mechanisms that give the guild itself.
In turn, since some months there is a group of fellow teachers who are dealing with this problem, discuss regulations of other academic units and specificities of the CBC, which has organized assemblies in which these issues were discussed, and has been a Committee of Adjustment has been working in this regard, we believe that the Advisory Committee should also incorporate an elected member representing the Regularization Commission.
In short, our contribution is in the framework to continue our fight for the regularization of all teachers in office, and the existence of transparent rules and agreed to our teaching, in the framework of mechanisms to advance the institutionalization of the CBC and its operation based on the participation of academic community.
